phoneLink is SERVICE ONE Alliance Bank's telephone banking service. The service is available 24-hours a day and offers a range of functions to help you manage your accounts. A summary of phoneLink features is offered below:

Funds available 24/7 Have peace of mind knowing you have access to your funds anywhere, anytime.
Transfer funds Transfer funds between your linked accounts and to selected third party accounts.
BPAY® Pay bills to over 17,500 registered billers with the BPAY service*.
Other functions

Check your account balances.
Order your statements.
Obtain interest earned for the last financial year.
Have your last five transactions read to you.

You can register for access to phoneLink online or by calling into any Branch and you'll be issued with an Access Code. Once registered, call 1300 361 431 and enter your Member number and issued Access Code. You will be required to change this code on first time use.

You can also access phoneLink whilst overseas by using the international access number for that country, followed by 61 2 6215 7100. Although there is no charge for this Serivce, international call rates will apply.

If you forget your Access Code contact us or call into any of our Branches and we will arrange to issue you with a new Access Code.
