Internet Banking - eLink
eLink is SERVICE ONE Alliance Bank's Internet banking service for Members. The service is available 24/7 and offers a range of functions to help Members manage their finances. A summary of eLink features is offered below:

|Pay bills||Pay bills at any time or future-date your payments.|
|BPAY®||Pay over 44,000 registered bills with the BPAY service*, or manage the receipt and payment of your bills online with BPAY View*.|
|Password||Change your Internet banking Access Code online.|
|Online security||Stringent online security practices to avoid unauthorised access to your accounts.|
|Global access||Access your accounts overseas.|
eLink is available by selecting the 'Internet Banking' option on the top right of this website.

Additional services available
The following services are available to Members through eLink:
One-Time Passwords are available as a second level authentication that will be required to access certain services in eLink. Once signed up for the service, you will receive a unique number in the form of an SMS message to your mobile phone and this number will then be used to perform certain functions within eLink (for instance paying a third party for the first time). Members can access their statements in PDF format within eLink. These files are exact copies of the hardcopy statements currently received through the post, and they can be printed and/or saved from eLink. As such, you can choose to no longer receive statements through the post. Find out more about eStatements and start using the service now.
Members can choose to receive Alerts, detailing specific information about your SERVICE ONE Alliance Bank products and accounts, and transactions taking place on these accounts. These Alerts can be issued via SMS message to a mobile phone and/or via email. You will be able to set up via eLink a number of Alerts including (but not limited to):
- when an account balance reaches a certain limit
- when a transaction (debit or credit) over a certain amount takes place on an account, and/or
- account balance at close of business.
You can activate Alerts by logging into eLink and hovering over ‘Inbox’ from the primary menu and then selecting ‘Alerts’. Follow the simple steps to create Alerts about your accounts and transactions.
Want access to account information on the go? With SMS Banking, you can receive information relating to SERVICE ONE Alliance Bank accounts as an SMS message sent to your nominated mobile phone. Information on account balances, interest earned and the last five transactions on your account will be sent to you upon your request once you’ve registered yourself through eLink for SMS Banking. You can register for SMS Banking by logging into eLink and hovering over ‘My Preferences’ from the primary menu and then selecting ‘SMS Banking Options’.
Once registered, simply text one of the following to 0408 342 865:

Members with a redraw facility available on their SERVICE ONE Alliance Bank loan account can access these funds online through eLink. Login to eLink as normal and select your loan account you wish to redraw from. Minimum and maximum daily online redraw amounts apply, as well as normal eLink daily withdrawal limits.
